Step 03 — Build

Or skip the three weeks of assembly.

We assemble the machine, wire it, power it up and check it runs before it ships. What arrives is a prototype you can test on Monday, not forty boxes and a weekend.

Why it matters

Your engineers are not assembly technicians

Paying a design engineer to torque fasteners and crimp connectors is an expensive way to find out your design works.

We already have every part on the bench and we wrote the build instructions. Assembly is what we are set up for, so you can get back to the part only you can do.

You get

A working machine

Assembled, wired, powered up and checked before it leaves us.

You get

Weeks back

Testing starts the day it arrives, not the day you finish building it.

You get

A baseline

One unit built properly, for every later one to be measured against.

You get

A head start

Whoever makes the next ten thousand has already made one.

Where this sits

Build one. Prove it. Then decide.

Plenty of customers stop here, and that is fine. If you do go to volume, we make that too.

A DonutOS export, a spreadsheet, a folder of STEP files. We quote every line on it — bought parts and made parts together.

Catalogue parts we either have or we get. Custom parts we machine, print, fold or mould. One purchase order, one invoice, one delivery.

Build

We put the machine together, power it up, check it runs, and ship it. You get a working prototype instead of forty boxes.

Manufacturing

A hundred units or a hundred thousand. Same bill of materials, same drawings, same people who built the first one.
